STEP 1 - Consultation: What are you looking for and what can your budget afford.

STEP 2 - Property Search: We will conduct a search on the MLS matching your specific requirements with what is on the market. New listings will be emailed to you as they come onto the market. |

STEP 4 - Rental Application: After finding your desired apartment it is a good idea to fill out the rental application as soon as possible. Landlords will continue showing the unit until someone has officially applied.

STEP 5 - Lease Negotiation & Signing: You have decided on a rental unit and wish to secure it. Together we will review the lease and present your offer to the landlord or the landlords representative. If both parties agree to the terms and conditions in the lease the deal is done. There may be some back-and-forth negotiations until we come to a final agreement. |
STEP 6 - Closing & Possession: So, we have successfully negotiated and secured your rental unit and you will soon be moving in. Before taking possession of the unit we will need to do the following:
